TEAM BUILDING - HOW DO WE DO IT?

Our approach to team building is to team up with you and discuss your situation and your needs thoroughly and come up with a proposed solution. We like to chat with key people in your organisation and possibly conduct surveys or interviews to gather the necessary information.

We then propose a customised and targeted team building program, which could include a workshop or series of workshops and possibly some individual or group coaching. The choice is yours.

We work with you to ensure the success of the team building program, advise on next steps and provide any support required by you and your team until you no longer need us. Although we are always there for you!

We often recommend a personal assessment tool during a team building program, it could be the  AMA DISC Model or the Life Styles Inventory. Both of these tools provide opportunities for developing greater self and other awareness and for building on individual and team strengths. They also give participants the ability to create development plans to become better leaders and team members and to create high performing teams.
